Awesome mat! I don't know how well this will hold for hot yoga, but the grip is fantastic for regular use. I adore my mat!

I have enjoyed using my mat, the pressure pionts, the ease of cleaning, and quick drying,my only suggestion is that the mat could be at least two inches longer, I am almost 6 feet tall and I don't like having my hands or feet touching the floor during my Brigham classes. If you make it longer I will definitely order another matter.

i absolutely adore my gripp mat! it is my favorite mat to use anywhere. it feels amazing, grips amazing, and it makes certain poses even better with the acupuncture styled massage points. i feel treated every time i am done with this mat. truly amazing! *practicing 3+ year’s*

I absolutely love my yoga mat. Very comfortable and enjoyable to do yoga. My only disappointment would be how long it took to have it shipped. It took several weeks. I understand it taking longer to ship but it was a very long wait!
